Returns
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fluxedflow.com with your order number.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you receive wrong or damaged items, we'll provide replacement or a full refund with no restocking fee. Please contact us at support@fluxedflow.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you can return the original item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order. Check out our sizing charts in each product description to help you choose the right size.
If an item was mislabeled, please contact us at support@fluxedflow.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was wrong, damaged, or mislabeled. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
